    1.) What Is Your In-Game Username?
    2.) Why Would You Like To Be A Moderator?
    3.) How Long Have You Been On The Server?
    4.) How Old Are You?
    5.) What Time Zone Are You In?
    6.) How Active Can You Be On The Server Every Day?

    If You Successfully Follow This Format You Might Be Considered As Moderator!
